🎓 Program Overview
The Type D Scholarship is a one-year partial scholarship program designed for international students seeking affordable Chinese language study opportunities in China with flexible accommodation choices and level-based language instruction.

🏆 Under this scholarship policy:
🔹 Original tuition fee: 10,000 RMB per year
🔹 Tuition fee after scholarship: 8,000 RMB per year
The scholarship provides partial tuition support to help students reduce their overall study expenses while studying in China.

📘 The program accepts applicants aged between 17 and 30 years old. Students who have previously studied in China are eligible to apply, and minors are also accepted under guardian-related requirements.

🌍 Applicants can apply regardless of their current location. However, due to admission restrictions, the university currently does not accept applicants from several countries, including Yemen, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Palestine, Syria, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

🏠 The university provides several accommodation options:
🔹 Four-person room: 3,500 RMB/year
🔹 Six-person room: 2,500 RMB/year

📚 The course uses level-based Chinese language teaching according to students’ proficiency levels after enrollment.

⚠️ The advanced class for HSK Level 4 will only open if at least 10 students are enrolled.

📑 Required application documents include:
🔹 2-inch blue background electronic photo
🔹 Passport ID page
🔹 Visa page or residence permit page for applicants currently in China
🔹 Academic transcripts
🔹 Highest degree diploma
🔹 Foreigner physical examination form
🔹 Non-criminal record certificate
🔹 Bank statement or family income certificate issued within the last 6 months showing at least 50,000 RMB balance
🔹 Personal statement and study plan (maximum 500 words)
🔹 Self-introduction video covering:
  ▪ Academic background and hobbies
  ▪ Financial sponsor information
  ▪ Willingness to share dormitory accommodation
  ▪ Agreement to follow university dormitory regulations
🔹 Guarantee letter for applicants under 18 years old
🔹 Residence permit and study certificate in China (if applicable)

⚠️ Students are required to pay a 600 RMB non-refundable registration fee after receiving the digital pre-admission notice.

💡 Additional expenses such as accommodation fees, medical examination fees, personal expenses, and daily living costs are not covered by the scholarship and must be paid separately by students.
